The hotel offers spotless and updated rooms in a decent area downtown. A wide array of breakfast options is provided. the location is secluded yet not too far from the Torrance Art Museum. Great service and on-site parking are available. Everything is perfectly fine.

Great location, beautiful beaches and nice restaurants and resorts close by to eat out! Friendly helpful staff! Coffee in lobby was nice. Spacious comfy room.

My phone wasn't working and staff allowed me to use lobby phone. Some gluten free breakfast options would be nice. My reservation was accidentally cancelled. I couldn't arrive before 6 pm and I had requested a late checkin at midnight online on the day. Staff member resolved issue by calling manager and asking for the same suite for the same price for us for 4 days.

The staff was friendly enough not much in the pleasing your customers category though

When I arrived there wasn't any hot water so I couldn't take a bath or shower until the following day which is unexceptable after traveling for such a long time and nothing was offered for compensation horrible also the room was ok but the walls and floors need cleaning I can't stand looking at splatter from old visitors

The room was spacious and had a microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware available, along with a convenient kitchenette; also, the hotel's location was close to the beach.

Close to the ocean and clean neighbourhood

The location was good, 10 minutes away from a beach that wasn't too packed. The surrounding area was nice. The kitchen in the room was a nice bonus

The bed and sheets were so uncomfortable,carpets felt dirty on barefeet,and the free "breakfast" was actually just small muffins and fruit on a table downstairs
